I found this place by chance on Google when I couldn't get any appointment at the PT place my podiatrist referred me to and I am glad I did. They are EXCEPTIONAL! I got to the Bushwick location and I can always get an appointment. They are ALWAYS courteous, kind and patient. The Dr. listened to my concerns and issues and developed a plan for me that I can do at home as well as there. They are truly interested in you getting better. I have been going to PT for 2 months and to date I have had EXCEPTIONAL service every time I went in.

The people are very friendly and kind hearted, Doctor Eliza is a great physical therapist and knows exactly what do and how to help her patients.and Krystal is a great receptionist who goes far and to make sure you go to your therapy session.

I booked an appointment here after trying for a month to book PT with other therapy providers - and the difference is like night and day!Other providers didn't have availability for 2~3 weeks! PT of the City had slots open the next day, and every day that week.Other providers felt like the care was generalized, and not really specific to my injury. At PT of the city, everyone I have spoken to has been kind and considerate - and the care has been focused around my injury.Highly recommend them to anyone looking to start physical therapy! I'll be recommending them to family/friends - the quality of care has really been exceptional.

This is my 3rd session and I love them. They all nice and kind. Shows all exercises step by step. About the massage no comment! It is great. The Aids and therapist is amazingly kind.

Ive been receiving PT from this Sheepshead Bay location for a little over 2 weeks now.There are some positives and negatives.The positives are:- Most of the staff are pleasant, compassionate and helpful- Alih gives the best massages there and is very respectful !- Yasmine is very compassionate and friendly!- The therapy is working and isnt rushedThe negatives are:- There isn't 1 specific physical therapist assigned to you, I like consistency so this isn't my preference at all- Alongside that when you work with different therapists there comes different methods (sometimes wrong) for the same exercises again consistency is an issue at this location- Timeliness: My first 3 appts didn't start on time, so I started showing up late and this seemed to work, but shouldnt be the case- I had to ask about my home treatment plan 3x before getting it that's just unacceptable.- I filled out a satisfaction survey from the organization BUT no response to my concerns so I'll put them on the webOverall some improvements are needed as indicated in my negatives, but the intentions of the practice is good. Hopefully things dont decline but get better, this will dictate whether I continue my treatment there.

Aliaa is amazing!!! I have a problems with my back, and I already feel relief. She is absolutely wonderful.Dr Osama is so professional and he explained in details where is the problem, and how the process of treatment will be, and of course Hurshed- he make you feel so welcomed, he is so nice and professional. I definitely recommend to come here if you need a physical therapy-you will see result with no time.

Very friendly professional front desk, Dr Osama is a professional physical therapist as he gave you time to address your main problem. Yasmine the pt aid is so nice, welcoming professional lady. Very clean place and I highly recommend.
